Refund policy

All products sold on this store are digital downloads. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive 2023/2673), Article 16(m). Once a digital file has been made available for download, it is non-refundable. This waiver applies to all digital content purchases regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.
